TCM was started by STATS in Sheffield back in 1986. It has had many great writers and artists over the years, some no longer paint and are retired, some sadly passed on.

TCM (The Crew Members) (Tough creative minds) are one of the oldest graffiti crews in Sheffield. Formed in the early 80s and started painting around the infamous Kelvin flats which was an hall of fame known for large colourful graffiti murals. They have some very talented artists, some unfortunately passed on, some retired but still actively passionate about graffiti art. Have a large social media following from around the globe.
